We stayed in a cozy hotel with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers. The location was superb, with a wide, flat path leading to the hiking trails. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with free snowshoe and pole rentals. The breakfast was a hearty, delicious meal with a range of cold and hot options. The rooms were adequately sized, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, there were no tea or coffee services in the room.

Had a good mountain experience during our Easter vacation. The stunning view of the mountain range from the terrace was breathtaking. The food was also edible and pocket-friendly. The hotel was located quite far up in the mountains with no accessible road making it a perfect place for hikes and skiing. Additionally, there was the calm and quiet ambiance which made for a perfect relaxant.

The noise isolation was seriously lacking as we could hear every sound in the surroundings. The staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed aloof and barely gave personalized service except for the waitress who was always ready to serve with a smile. Their communication was also unsatisfactory as they never responded to our email inquiries which made it necessary for us to search for critical information on the hotel’s website.
